Cross Boundary Collaboration Survey
Participate in the Cross Boundary Collaboration Survey!
To foster intergovernmental cooperation (i.e. the joint provision of governmental services) between local governments, as well as between local governments and the State of Michigan, the Local and State Cross Boundary Technology Steering Committee of the Michigan Department of Information Technology is conducting a survey of Michigan cities, townships, and counties to identify existing and planned cooperative initiatives. The primary intent of the survey is to identify collaborative projects that both involve and leverage Information Technology, using it as a catalyst for collaboration. Note, however, that the survey also asks for information on collaborative projects beyond those involving IT. The reason for doing so is to gather information that will be useful in fostering cooperation in all service areas.

Given its broad scope, the survey is being co-sponsored by the Michigan Government Finance Officers Association (MGFOA) and the Michigan Government Management Information Sciences (MiGMIS).   *****   SURVEY RESULTS  *****
